It is a pivotal moment where we, as a team, assess and confirm the preparedness of our new members to embrace long-term roles within our practice.

Evaluating Fit for Long-Term Success

Week 8 is all about introspection and evaluation. As we wrap up the initial onboarding phase, we take a closer look at each new team member to assess their alignment with our practice’s values and expectations. The key question we ask is: are they the right fit for us in the long run? This evaluation is not just about skills; it’s about synergy, commitment, and shared goals for patient care excellence.

Achieving Independence and Mastery

Throughout the First 400 program, our aim is to enable new team members to perform 90% of their tasks independently. Week 8 ties together all previously discussed topics, serving as a comprehensive review to ensure mastery over their responsibilities. The ultimate measure of proficiency? New team members should not only execute their tasks but also possess the ability to teach others, demonstrating a solid understanding and command over the procedures.

Emphasizing Professional Etiquette
